Can I add my logo to the Knowledge and Library Hub?
Logos on the landing (home) page It is not possible to add trust/library logos to the landing page at the moment, although it may be possible to add trust names to the landing (home) page on the new user interface. We do not currently have a timescale for migrating to the new user interface - there are some issues that need to be resolved before we can consider this. The name and account number of the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub instance does appear at the very bottom of the landing (home) page next to the EBSCO copyright statement should you need to find this information. Logos on the results page It is not possible to load individual trust/library logos onto the results page. Instead, the NHS logo in the screenshot has been added for all Knowledge and Library Hub instances, with the Trust name changed as appropriate. Please log a request if this needs to be modified.

How do I change the Ask-A-Librarian email address?
When a user makes use of the Ask-A-Librarian function on the Knowledge and Library Hub, their query goes to the inbox of a particular email address. This is usually the generic library contact email address for your library. Here's how to change that email address. Please see the FAQ article How do I enable the Ask-A-Librarian function? Follow the steps as listed, and then at Step 4, in the 'Contact email address' field, delete the email address and enter the new email address. Then click Submit. Please ensure you test the new email address as there can be issues with emails being blocked in your organisation by your IT department. If you experience this issue then please contact the Service Desk.

How do I change the email address to which inter-library loan (ILL) requests generated in the Hub are delivered?
Please log a request by completing the Service Request item.

How long does it take for changes I make to appear on the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub?
If you are configuring your instance of the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub, it is good practice to check that your changes have worked. You can do this by using the 'View changes on EBSCO' option in EBSCOadmin. Most changes take effect instantly. However some may take several minutes or longer. This is dependent upon a number of variables including time of day - changes may take longer in the afternoon. You can refresh your browser using the Ctrl +F5 key which will reload the webpage from the server. If by the next day your changes aren't visible, please check your configuration. If you still can't see the changes, please feel free to log this on the Service Desk.
