How long does it take for changes to settings to appear on the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub?

If you are configuring your instance of the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub, it is good practice to check that your changes have worked. You can do this by using the 'View changes on EBSCO' option in EBSCOadmin. Most changes take effect instantly. However some may take several minutes or longer. This is dependent upon a number of variables including time of day - changes may take longer in the afternoon.

Where changes are applied by the Service Desk team it is likely that they will be present by the time we notify you of having completed the update. Please do check.

You can refresh your browser using the Ctrl +F5 key which will reload the webpage from the server.

If by the next day your changes aren't visible, please check your configuration. If you still can't see the changes, please feel free to log this on the Service Desk.
