How do I find my EDS profile on EBSCOadmin?

Step 1 – Log on to EBSCOadmin

Step 2 – Ensure that the current site reflects the name of your EDS instance: Screenshot of the top of the EBSCOadmin screen, showing the Current Group and Current Site dropdown boxes. In the Current Site dropdown, the example entry "AIREDALE NHS TRUST (ns010294)" is circled in red.

Step 3 – Select the profile that includes (hee_eds) in the name:

DO NOT CHOOSE the profile labelled "EBSCO Discovery Service (Profile Hidden) (eds) - eds".

NB. These steps need to be repeated each time that you sign-in to the admin portal to view/modify your EDS or HLM (holdings link manager) profile.
