What should we do about EBSCOadmin logins if we have a change of administrator for the Knowledge and Library Hub?
You need an EBSCOadmin login to administer the Knowledge and Library Hub. 1. If the administrator has left and there is nobody else in the team with an EBSCOadmin login: Please log a request on the Hub Service Desk (you will need to log in first) for an EBSCOadmin login for the replacement person. The replacement person, once their login is working, should delete the old admin login for the person who has left – see the FAQ on deleting an EBSCOadmin login 2. If the administrator hasn’t left but is going to leave or change role imminently and the replacement person is known: The administrator should create a login for the replacement – see the FAQ on creating an EBSCOadmin login The replacement should delete the old admin’s login after they leave or no longer need it – see the FAQ on deleting an EBSCOadmin login 3. If there is already an administrator and the library would like additional administrator(s) to share the work: The existing administrator should create a login for the additional administrator(s) – see the FAQ on creating an EBSCOadmin login

If I have Consortium access in EBSCOadmin, how do I get to Holdings Management for each instance?
Some library staff manage EDS for more than one organisation, and have been given Consortium access to enable them to do this. If this applies to you, you can follow the steps below to move between different instances and get to the Holdings Management section for each: Log into EBSCOadmin (https://eadmin.ebscohost.com/) In the 'current site' drop-down top right, select the instance you wish to work on. Then click 'Holdings Management'. If you then want to administer the holdings of another instance: Click 'Customise Services' In the 'Current Site' drop-down top right, select the new instance you wish to work on.

Do we need an EBSCOadmin account for our existing EDS instance plus a separate one for the national instance?
No. Your instance of the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub has been added as an additional profile to your existing EBSCO customer ID. Your existing eadmin account should be used to manage both profiles.
