How do I reset my Knowledge & Library Hub Support Portal (Freshworks) password
If you don't have a user name and password for access to the Knowledge & Library Hub Support Portal, which is accessed via the website address https://support.library.hee.nhs.uk, you will need to register for an account. Details about how to do this can be found here.
If you already have an account but have forgotten the password, please do the following:
- Go to https://support.library.hee.nhs.uk
- Click on Login
- Click on Forgot password?
- When prompted, type the email address you use to login to the support portal and click on Request reset link
- Locate the password reset email within your mailbox (check your Junk/Spam folder if it's not visible within your Inbox) and then follow the instructions to set a new password
