How do I request access to and use the NHS Knowledge & Library Hub Service Desk?
The NHS Knowledge and Library Hub Service Desk is the online support desk where library staff and end users can log and track requests for help with using national and regional systems and content.
You can self-register to log a request. You will only need to do this once.
To do this:
- Go to https://support.library.hee.nhs.uk
- Click on Sign up
- Complete the First name, Last name and Email address fields (Note: if you have an NHS email address, please use this when you register)
- Click the I'm not a robot check box and then Register
- Find the registration email in your mailbox (check your Junk/Spam folder if it's not visible in your Inbox) and then follow the instructions to set up and activate your account.
