What should I do if a link to full-text I have clicked says that I don't have access?
Check if you are entitled to access this content. You will be entitled either because you subscribe locally or because it is part of the nationally purchased content.
If possible, take a screenshot of the error message you see when you try to access the content. Check which OpenAthens organisation your account belongs to. These details may help resolve the problem.
If you have a local subscription, the person responsible for your local subscriptions should contact the publisher to check that they have activated it and to resolve any issues.
If it is a national subscription or you are not sure, please log a ticket on the Hub service desk. Include your screenshot and OpenAthens organisation ID if you can.
If you don't have a local subscription and it's not part of the nationally purchased content, deselect the relevant package/title(s) in EBSCO Holdings Manager. You can use the Hide this Publication option in EBSCO Holdings Manager if you do not want to deselect a title immediately. If you do this, remember to untick the Hide checkbox when the problem is resolved.
