How do I manage my search results on the Hub?
When you login with OpenAthens you are automatically signed into your MyEBSCO account. This account is linked across the Hub and any searches you complete in the EBSCOHost interface (commonly used for literature reviews on CINAHL).
The My Dashboard area on the left hand side of the page is where you will find any items you save for later sessions.

What are Projects?
Projects offer a way to organise saved records or searches for later.
Click the three dots by a search result to add an item to a Project

The onscreen prompts will guide you through setting up a project and a drop down will offer existing ones. You can save records and searches to a Project.
Click Projects on the left hand side to work with your existing projects - retrieving records or saved searches.
How do I save a record?
You can save a record either by adding it to a project or by clicking the bookmark icon by the record. The non project saved records are added to the Saved section.

How do I save a search?
You can save your search from two places. Firstly at the point where you are looking at the search results. Click the three dots and Select Save Search

You can change the title for easy recognition (label if it is a Hub search or CINAHL for example) and add any helpful information to a descriiption field. The resulting search will be added to the Searches tab within the saved section.
Alternatively if you access the Recent activity section you can choose to add the saved search to a project or select the bookmark icon to add it to the general Saved section on the left hand menu.

How do I set an alert on a search so I receive relevant new articles?
Search alerts are set from the results page for your search using the three dots and clicking Create Alert

You will be prompted with options for how often you should be alerted, whether you should receive an email even if there are no new articles and whether you should receive a bumper first alert with previous relevant items.
You can edit or delete updates from the Alerts section if you find you are receiving too many.
