How do I keep my OpenAthens username if I move Trust?

You can keep the same OpenAthens username and password when you move between NHS organisations.

To do this first Login to OpenAthens - you can do this at https://openathens.nice.org.uk/

Once logged in you should select "Change organisation" and follow the onscreen prompts

Update any details that have changed and please ensure you use your NHS email if at all possible to help prove your eligibility.

You will be contacted if there are any issues but generally should immediately be associated to your new organisation.
