How do I reset my OpenAthens password?

You can reset your OpenAthens password provided you can remember the email address you used to register.

Please go to https://openathens.nice.org.uk/ and click Login

Then select Reset Password

Enter your email address and follow the prompts in the resulting email

If you don't receive this email straightaway, please check your junk/spam folders, as it's an automated email and they sometimes get caught in the spam filters.

If you don't receive an email at all, you should contact your library service, who will be able to help, or raise a ticket via the service desk.
