What is EBSCO Experience Manager?

EBSCO Experience Manager or EEM was introduced by EBSCO as part of their new User Interface project.

EEM controls settings related to new versions of EBSCO products such as EBSCO Discovery Service and EBSCOHost. It works alongside EBSCO Admin with key functions around the selection of which databases are searched and which resources are linked (HLM) contining to be controlled within EBSCO Admin.

You do not need to use EEM. The new user interface has been set up so the Service Desk team have parent and child control across all the NHS in England Hub instances.

The majority of settings controlled by EEM relate to visual aspects of the Hub.
