Can I integrate KnowledgeShare Evidence search form using Ask-a-librarian?

It is possible to set your Ask-a-librarian link to point to your KnowledgeShare Evidence Search Request Form.

The Service desk will set your Ask-a-Librarian to direct users to the link https://www.knowledgeshare.nhs.uk/index.php?PageID=literature_search_request_edit

Your users should be taken directly to the Form if they are already logged in or will be directed to the OpenAthens login on KnowledgeShare.

Once the search request is completed it will go into your team's pending list and (depending on LKS settings) an email may be triggered to team administrators.
