How do I sort out Hub/LibKey links to articles not routing to the correct supplier platform?
You may occasionally find that links to journal articles route to a platform for which you don't have access. For example, a journal title which you should access via Oxford Academic is instead being routed to the ScienceDirect platform.
To sort this out, find the package which includes the journal title in Holdings Management in your instance(s) of the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub.
When linking out from EDS via Full Text Finder, the links set in the "Links" tab within Holdings Management are being used. In these cases, "CrossRef (Article)" link set above the "Publication Finder (Books & Journals)" link.
The link used by CrossRef (Article) will be different to the one in "Publication Finder (Books & Journals)" which uses the Managed URL set by the title, and can be found in 'Details.'.
You will need to remove the CrossRef link and use the "Publication Finder (Books & Journals)" link instead.
The "CrossRef (Article)" link has its benefits as it links using the DOI it can link straight to the article, so only remove if it is routing to the incorrect platform for your subscription.
