What do I need to do to ensure that INCDocs works efficiently?

To ensure INCDocs works efficiently please do the following:

Ensure your journal holdings are up-to-date in the EBSCO Holdings and Link Manager (HLM).
Make sure the INCDocs system email address donotreply@libkey.io isn’t blocked in your trust.
Let the Hub Service Desk know if your library service's ILL email address changes.
Respond promptly to requests for articles marking them complete or declining if necessary
If a library accidentally requests the same article from you twice (may happen through a double click of the request button) then supply against one request and decline the other
