ProQuest databases include: BNI; Medline* and PsycINFO. The Heath Research Premium and PsycARTICLES ejournal collections are also bought nationally.
Access usage statistics reports via the ProQuest Administrator Module. You will need to contact proquest-support@proquest.com for a username and password to be set up for your organisation(s).
COUNTER 5 reports are designed to measure usage for content such as databases, ejournals and ebooks and so should be used for this database and any associated ejournal package.
For databases use the Searches Regular metric and the Database Master Report. For ejournal collections, use the unique item request metric and the Journal Requests report and for ebooks use the unique title request metric and the Book Requests report. - Login to the ProQuest Administrator Module with the username and password for your organisation.
- Select the Usage Reports menu card.
- In the COUNTER 5 Usage Reports section, select Request Usage Reports.
- Select the report relevant to the resource, as listed above, from Report Type.
- Choose the start and end months from Usage Period.
- Under Delivery Method, select how you want to receive the report. Options are view, download, email or schedule.
- Click Create Report.
If you want to schedule a regular report, select Schedule a recurring report by email from Delivery method at step 6. Select a date for delivery, a usage period, a delivery format and add the email addresses for recipients.
