Why am I not seeing "Get PDF" buttons against articles from ClinicalKey in the Knowledge and Library Hub?

ClinicalKey subscribers will generally not see 'Get PDF' buttons below results from ClinicalKey in the Knowledge and Library Hub, but you will see buttons for 'Access Online' and 'View Complete Issue'.

The exception to this is where the article is available Open Access on the Science Direct web site. Get PDF will appear and work correctly taking the user straight to the article. While this will mean the download is not counted in ClinicalKey this is appropriate as you would not need a subscription to access the article anyway.

The reason for this is that the ClinicalKey website does not support a direct-to-PDF linking mechanism.

Other Third Iron products (e.g. Libkey Nomad, Libkey Link etc) will provide Article Links that will link to the html article level information in ClinicalKey, instead of to the PDF. EBSCO Discovery System does not support these Article Links at the current time, hence why they are not visible in the Knowledge and Library Hub, but they are in the process of development.
