Why is my designated EDS URL not working?
You can find your designated EDS URL (sometimes called a local instance URL) in the "What's my local instance?" article.
If this URL is not working, this could be because single sign-on has not been selected in the admin portal.
Step 1 - Go to EBSCOAdmin and sign in
Step 2 - Select your EDS profile:
Step 3 - Select the Linking tab
Step 4 - Under the Persistent Links section, ensure that Shibboleth is chosen in the dropdown and enter sso in the preferred authentication order for persistent links.
If it is still not working, log a support call with the service desk. Please include your EDS URL and mention that you've already tried this solution. A screenshot of the URL not working is also very helpful.
