How do I administer my print journal holdings in EBSCO Holdings Manager?
Print journals have been copied from the Ovid Link Resolver to EBSCO's Holdings Management (HLM). They appear in HLM as a 'custom' collection and the collection may be named 'Local print collection' or similar.
If you wish to amend them, you can make manual changes to individual titles in HLM.
Alternatively, you can download the whole collection, open it as a spreadsheet and make changes, then upload the amended version.
You can upload the whole collection again, or delete the unchanged lines from the spreadsheet and just upload a file of the publications you have changed. You will need to save the amended spreadsheet as a tab-delimited .txt file or a .csv file before uploading.
There is information about downloading on the EBSCO Connect website.

If you need to upload a new collection, e.g. because your print journals aren't in HLM already, you can use the spreadsheet template below. You should then review the uploaded titles and correct any anomalies manually in HLM.
