INCDocs failing to mark request as complete
Please be aware that we’re receiving several reports around INCDocs not allowing libraries to mark a request as complete.
This doesn’t appear to be happening for all requests – and this has been raised with Third Iron directly.
If you have experienced this issue, please log a ticket with us on the service desk and provide the following information:
Forwarding/Save of the original email for the INCDocs request
OR
Your organisation name
Full URL link of affected request
Please do not decline this, as we are collating the URLs of affected requests and sending these onto Third Iron, in the hopes that these will then be able to be marked completed once the issue is resolved.
